Homemade Gluten-Free Bread | “Universal” Mix by Live Food

In this recipe, we will prepare a delicious and nutritious bread using the “Universal” mix from Live Food. It is a perfect choice for those who want to avoid gluten and yeast in their diet while still enjoying flavorful and satisfying baked goods.

Ingredients
1 kg of Live Food “Universal” mix
800 g of warm water
2 tbsp of coconut oil or ghee
1 tsp of baking powder
Salt and spices to taste

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the “Universal” mix, baking powder, salt, and spices.
  2. Pour in the warm water and add coconut oil or ghee.
  3. Mix the dough well and shape it into 6–7 small buns or one large loaf.
  4. Bake at 180 °C (355 °F) for about 60 minutes.
Result:
The bread comes out gluten-free and yeast-free, aromatic, crispy, filling, and healthy. It’s perfect for everyday meals: serve it with soups and salads, use it for toasts, or simply enjoy it with tea.
