Coconut Flour

Coconut flour is produced after cold pressing oil from coconut flesh. The remaining base is dried and finely ground, resulting in a product with a characteristic coconut aroma and a delicate texture.

The flour has a mild flavor with light coconut notes and works well in both sweet and neutral recipes. Due to its structure, it absorbs more liquid than regular flour and is therefore used in smaller amounts.

🍴 Culinary use:
• addition to dough for bread, pancakes, cookies, and desserts
• use in baking combined with other types of flour
• use as a thickener for sauces and soups
• addition to cereals, yogurts, and smoothies

Coconut flour is suitable for everyday home cooking and helps diversify the texture and flavor of familiar dishes.
