1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This document is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") and contains all the terms and conditions for the sale of goods represented by Tetyana Ziegler, registered at PTDA La Rafaela 9, 03187 Los Montesinos, Alicante, Spain, email: RanchoZiegler@gmail.com , tel.: +34 634 093 340 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

1.2. The Offer is addressed to any person (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") who has placed an order on the Seller's website.

1.3. Acceptance of the Offer is carried out by placing and confirming the order by the Buyer on the website — the fact of acceptance means full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of all the terms of this Offer.

1.4. All terms of the Offer are public and binding on the Seller and the Buyer.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. Under this Offer, the Seller undertakes to transfer to the Buyer's ownership the goods from the range of raw oils, mixtures and cakes (hereinafter referred to as "Goods"), and the Buyer undertakes to accept these Goods and pay for them under the terms of this agreement.

3. ORDER PROCESSING AND PLACEMENT
3.1. On the Seller's website, the Buyer can:
- View the product catalog;
- Add the selected items to the cart by specifying the required quantity;
- Go to the shopping cart (the button in the upper right corner) to adjust the number or delete items.;
- Click "Place an order" and fill in the details (log in to your personal account for registered users or enter contact information and delivery address without registration).

3.2. The total cost of the order (including VAT, but excluding shipping costs) is displayed at the last stage of registration.

3.3. Order confirmation ("Confirm Order") on the website is a mandatory Buyer's purchase offer (acceptance).

3.4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept or execute an order if the Buyer's information is inaccurate or fraud is suspected.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
4.1. Prices for Goods are indicated on the website in euros (€).

4.2. After acceptance of the Offer, the Seller issues an invoice to the Buyer for payment.

4.3. When choosing prepayment by bank transfer:
- Payment details will be sent within 24 hours after order registration;
- Payment must be made within 3 days of receipt of the details;
- If the payment is not received within 7 days, the order will be cancelled automatically.

4.4. Processing and dispatch of the order begins after confirmation of receipt of payment and is carried out within 10 days from the date of its receipt.

4.5. The Seller does not charge additional fees for using the online store; the Buyer's Internet access costs are determined by his provider.

5. DELIVERY OF GOODS
5.1. The goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer when placing the order.

5.2. The delivery time depends on the region and the availability of Goods in the warehouse.

5.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the work of transport companies or force majeure circumstances.

6. RESTRICTIONS ON PURCHASE AND PROHIBITION OF RESALE
6.1. The Goods are intended exclusively for personal use and are not subject to commercial resale.

6.2. Purchase is allowed only by individuals; legal entities and entrepreneurs cannot use this store for commercial activities.

6.3. The maximum amount of one order should not exceed 600 €.

6.4. Commercial resale of Goods is prohibited.

7. DATA STORAGE AND CONTENT OF THE AGREEMENT
7.1. The Seller stores information about orders until they are fully executed, after which it archives them in accordance with the requirements of tax and commercial legislation.

7.2. After placing the order, the Buyer receives an e-mail confirmation with the details of the order and the terms of this Offer.

7.3. Upon request of the Buyer, the Seller provides copies of the documents confirming the order.

8. TERMS OF RETURN AND CLAIMS
8.1. The return of Goods of proper quality is not provided.

8.2. In case of receiving a damaged or damaged Product, the Seller will send a similar Product in the Buyer's next order.

8.3. To file a claim, you must send the Seller a photo of the damaged Product within 48 hours of receiving the order.

9. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
9.1. The Seller is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or other harm related to the use of the Goods.

9.2. The Seller guarantees that the Goods comply with the requirements of Spanish law.

10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
10.1. The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10.2. The data is used exclusively for order processing and is not transferred to third parties without the consent of the Buyer.

11. FORCE MAJEURE
11.1. The Parties are released from liability for partial or complete non-fulfillment of obligations under this agreement if such non-fulfillment is caused by circumstances of force majeure (natural disasters, military actions, government restrictions, etc.).

12. AMENDMENTS AND TERMINATION OF THE OFFER
12.1. The Seller has the right to make changes to the terms of this Offer without prior notice.

12.2. The current version of the Offer is always available on the Seller's website.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1. This Offer is governed by the laws of Spain.

13.2. All disputes under this Offer are subject to review in the courts of the province of Alicante, Spain.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees to all the terms of this public offer with the commercial terms.
