⬜ 1. Prepare the organic base
Use any seasonal, ripe, and aromatic fruits, vegetables, or greens. Chop them if necessary.
Examples: pears, apples, kiwis, bananas, oranges, beets, carrots, celery, mint, spinach.
⬜ 2. Blend
Combine in a blender:
▪ 200 g organic produce
▪ 50 g fermented seed cake
▪ 50 g honey
▪ 700 ml water
Blend until smooth.
⬜ 3. Pour into bottles
Pour the mixture into clean glass bottles. Add a little ready-made Fermentum starter to each bottle — about 1–2 tablespoons or ~50 g per bottle.
Leave a little free space at the top (1–2 cm). Do not screw the caps on tightly — fermentation will be active, and the drink needs to “breathe.”
